The Sword and the Trowel

As they continue to reconstruct the city wall in Nehemiah 4, the Jews face ridicule, plots to destroy their progress, and even the threat of violence. Yet as they constantly turn to the Lord in prayer, they are given the strength to persevere, stand firm against the enemy and continue the work God has called them to do.
