Through the Bible | 2 Chronicles 7-9

It’s a golden age in Israel’s history in 2 Chronicles 7-9 as the work of the Temple is complete, the nation is awash in opulent wealth and people are coming from all corners of the earth to hear Solomon’s wisdom. However, as we look deeper we see tiny fissures developing that will eventually and rapidly lead the people into sin, split the nation in two and ultimately result in their devastation.
